Sowing life is one of the most direct applications that drones could have. We collected all our knowledge around drones and translated into this drone capable of load half a million seeds and sowing them in 10 minutes.

We use wood due to its lightness, price and ease of manufacture. Our award winning design makes it structurally resistant. By cutting it with laser it can be easily replicated in any laser cutter of the world.

Why make something when it already exists? The seed tank is an 8 litre bottle of water. We have designed a 3D printed diaphragm to open and regulate the falling flow of the seeds.

We share this project with open source licenses to ensure technological independence and replicability of the system, the structure of the drone can be found in our repository, the flight software is free software, maintained by a international community passionate about UAV’s. We explain how to manufacture this drone to increase the creation of ecological restoration projects.

We are demonstrating that it’s possible to reforest with drones. We want to boost the economy around ecological restoration. Ecosystems provide us with oxygen, food and medicines.
We are reducing the cost of reforestations, so that they can be carried out immediately after a wildfire or an environmental accident.
